The Punk Rock Keypad explores the meaning of individuality in the context of eroding privacy and increased digital publicity. The device uses exposed safety pins to transmit serial data to a wired network worn on the body. Poetry Prompty is a speculative design for creative writing circa 3000A.D. The system uses a physical Zeitgeist interface element which can be tapped, to algorithmically assist in the poetry writing process by querying the Internet. This process is visualized both on the device itself, and through expressive typography that mimics the emotions of the writer.
